Absolutely awful. When we arrived to the (very crowded) restaurant, we heard the couple in front of ask for a table for 2, and the host asked if they minded if they sat at a high-top table at the bar. They said they'd rather sit in the restaurant portion, so that's where they were taken. When we stepped up next and asked for a table for 2, we were walked back to the bar area without the consideration that the previous couple had. Where we sat, the table was uneven and our beers were sliding around and off the table the entire time. Our waiter came by pretty quickly to take our drink order and then not again for THIRTY MINUTES. When we ordered, it was clear that he had no idea what he was doing (probably still new to this business, which is ok), and our food took about an hour to come out. Wings and onion rings. That's it. We asked three times where our onion rings were because the wings came out first. They brought the onion rings out WITH THE CHECK. Great, thanks. The most irritating part of it was that throughout the whole ordeal of us waiting for food and asking about it, we must have had three random employees come up to our table to greet us and tell us "Oh I'm so & so, it's my responsibility to make sure the wings are hot and the beers are cold!" "I'm so & so, I'm here to entertain and make sure you havea great time!" Well, that's great Buffalo Wild Wings, but maybe next time those people should actually help out instead of treating us like little kids at a Chuck E. Cheese. Literally never going back.

Nowhere near worth the money I spent in that building. Sure the place looks fun, the ambiance is fine. The atmosphere is fine. The staff is fine. Even the little games you can play are fine. It's the food that sucks.

The first time I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings, the wings were super spicy and I loved it! So I thought if I went to a different location, the spice level would be similar, but for some reason the hot wings were not hot. Maybe because this location is deep into the suburbs or someone complained. If the wings stay like this then I could easily do the challenge. If you like them hot just order up on the spicy scale. Other than that the service was good and everyone was welcoming.

Nice family place. We all played trivia. Wings are. Delicious! All sorts of sauces. Service great. Salad was really boring and not at all inventive. Chicken sandwich was very rubbery. Sliders good as well as skinny fries. Love the trivia game and lots of tvs.

Great place for game night. Tons of TVs with tons of options. The Honey BBQ wings are perfectly seasoned and the Dessert Nachos are to die for. Definitely bring a friend, or three, because you'll never finish it by yourself.

I wanted to write this review because of an experience I just had at this location. There was an error with my take-out order, and I was missing some food. I called and spoke with the manager, and he was very polite, understanding and professional. He credited me for the error and apologized for his staff. Although there was a mistake, it's obvious that the management is customer-focused and they did what was necessary to make things right. Will definitely be back! Thanks Lin!!!

For such a simple menu, the food is really quite mediocre. And they're slow; I ordered wings and waited nearly 30 minutes in quarter-full dining room. You're probably better off ordering the Daytona Style wings at the nearby Hooters. The only pro I can think of is that wings are cheap on Tuesdays at sixty cents each.

I like the fact that you can split you wings into 4 different sauces. We ordered 20 and split them into Medium, Spicy Garlic, Parmesan Garlic and Asian Zing. Surprisingly Parmesan Garlic was my favorite, but most of the wings were lacking that punch. I guess I will have to try hot next time. The pretzels are really good 2, you get 3 to dip into queso or your favorite wing sauce. The thing I do not like is they do not have pitchers of beer! I believe today a tall Oktoberfest was like $7 where at Hooters I can get a pitcher of Miller Lite for that price. Outside deck was cool as well but where we were seated the fan didn't work and it was hot. Service was definitely lacking as well! I wasn't feeling the love that should one should experience while watching the game and having a few tall boys with my friends. I mean I compare this place to Hooters and the fact that their wings are completely different . I keep going back in my head saying I enjoy my dining experience much more at Hooters! You have some work to do Buffalo Wild Wings but I am sure I will be back, it just won't be my first choice.

Service was pretty good but frankly, the wings and food just aren't that great. Beer on tap tasted funky. Its good that they offer selections of sauce, etc., and there are plenty of TVs but I don't see myself going back as there are better offerings, like PJ Whelihans.

Great food. Tons off tv's. Tons of drink options. We had a party of 12. All of our order come perfect as well as our drinks. No problems with the bill. The wings were great I would definitely come back.

I'm all about the hot sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings because I can actually get the high level of heat that I desire. The food itself is never anything special, but it's tasty fried junk food that occasionally I want to indulge in. I've visited this particular location on three occasions and unfortunately, all of them were a bit of a train wreck. The first time was during the grand opening week. My husband and I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. After an hour we still didn't have any food. Finally a manager comes out and explains that there was a disaster in the kitchen of epic proportions, and all the food was ruined. Therefore, they would have to remake everyone's orders, and it would take a while. We'd already waited an hour, so we decided to wait. It took another half hour. The food was warm, but not piping hot when it finally arrived. We were given a coupon for a few free wings on a return visit. My day was shot though because the places I needed to shop at in the area were closing soon by the time we go out of there. The second time they just took forever again, but the food was okay. I decided to give them a third chance the other day after a lot of time had passed thinking that the big disaster was during opening week, so they were probably still working the kinks out. The third time when we arrived we were asked if we wanted to sit at the high top tables or the low regular ones. I wanted the low ones because it's more comfortable to have a seat with a back. The server walks us over to the high tops and tries to seat us there. Then seeing the confused look on our faces, she asks where we wanted to sit again and moved us. No biggie. Then we ordered the same thing as last time. I had the hot sauce with mine and salt and vinegar on the fries. The food took a reasonable amount of time. When it came, they didn't bring any sauce and just had a big thing of the salt and vinegar powder on the side. We told the server who soon brought out our sauces. Then I start eating and turn over a chicken strip to notice it's all weird and wrinkly. I look at the inside and sure enough, it is still raw inside. Yuck! I send it back, and soon I got a new cooked one. My husband's breading on one of his strips was undercooked as well on one side, but not totally raw. I feel like this is unacceptable considering all they have to do is throw frozen chicken strips in the fryalator. I guess they were throwing them in in one big frozen chunk and not separating them, so they don't get done on all sides. This is just sad. The servers were nice and tried to rectify the situation, and it's not their fault the kitchen is a wreck, so I'm giving two stars. If you have a hankering for BDubs, I'd recommend going to another location. This one is not worth the trouble. Even though it's a bit of a haul, I recommend the location on Limestone Road in Wilmington, Delaware.

The table was slightly sticky/dirty (and so was the ketchup bottle) but it wasn't too bad, I've definitely seen worse. I ordered a small boneless buffalo wing with medium sauce, "regular" size French fries, and soft pretzels. The soft pretzels were pretty good and really hot (as well as the queso to dip it in). The amount of fries they gave me was very tiny for the price... And the wings were ok but they tasted more like chicken tenders and there was barely any sauce on them. The service was decent, but it took a pretty long time to pay our bill. I feel like this place is really expensive for what you get. I've been to way better locations (the one in wilmington on limestone road). I actually probably meant to go to that one tonight, just accidentally chose the wrong one.

Good food, tons of TV's to keep you busy watching while waiting for your food. I've done the challenge and beat it in 3:06. The challenge is way too easy and in all reality it really bothers me that it's a challenge that a winner has to still pay for! That's ridiculous! You shouldn't have to pay if you win. Anyway all the sauces are good and the staff here is pretty friendly. I will definitely go back again.

While I do think BWW may be a bit more overpriced than it should, I think the food was great and our waitress was awesome. We love bringing our toddler here because it's loud in there which means he can be as loud as he wants too. Sometimes when we bring him out it feels like I'm constantly hushing him- not here, the TV's drown out all sound. If you like buffalo sauce like I do, you will definitely find the flavor and heat that you want. I have no complaints. I get tired of reading some of the reviews people write like they expect BWW or Olive Garden to be like a Ruth's Chris steak house. The problem isn't the restaurants, it's the consumer expecting way too much out of an inexpensive chain restaurant and then complaining about it publicly. I laugh at some of these reviews. But hey, to each their own. I try to set realistic expectations- that way I'm not let down each and every time I go out to eat.

I mean, I get it. It's a chain, and we're sick of chains on Yelp. I totally get that. But hey, every now and then, you just need to watch the game on a big ass screen with a big ass beer. This place can do that as well as anyone. My group had our fantasy football draft here this past weekend. I will say that BWW met our needs with good service and nice perks, much better than Hooters ever did down the street. I thought the wings were tasty enough to make me happy. And we got a prime location on the patio to hold our draft with excellent wifi service. Again, they far surpassed Hooters when it comes to hosting draft parties, and if you ever want to hold your draft here I highly recommend it for that purpose. Now, would I tell you to go to BWW over a place like Duffers for food, or maybe Stanley's in Delaware? No, of course not. You can't beat local places. I know that. Would I tell you to go to a place like BWW over PJ Whelihans? No. PJ's makes better wings. If BWW is good wings, PJ's are great. Would I tell you to go to BWW over a place like Hooters or Applebee's? Yes, every day of the week and twice on Sunday I'd tell you that. Let's call it what it is. It's a chain that does a few things better than others. That's all I can expect out of them. Now, all this being said, their prices are a little higher than they should be, and I wish they had offered us fantasy football specials we could have cashed in that day instead of giving us future gift cards. The price point here keeps them in the three star range.

It was a great experience, our party of 6 was severed relatively well, i mean got our drinks and food orders were messed up little and the waiting time was a little long. But the Buffalo Wings were surprisingly good and my screaming nacho burger was great plus they have a ton of TVs and was really entertaining watching the Penn State vs Temple and Minnesota vs Ohio State.

Amazed how fast we got our delicious wings. You must try their breaded boneless wings. Bone appetite.

Very bad service, very ignorant waiter. I was paying for my meal and I finally got my receipt and she never gave me a pen. And I asked for one and she said very ignorantly there's a pen on the table when there wasn't. Would not recommend going back.

Stopped in for lunch with my toddler. We were greeted promptly and taken to our table. Within 30 seconds we were greeted by our server and offered a game board for my toddler to use. We have our tablet with us, but it was nice to offer. Toddler ordered the cheeseburger and i ordered the grilled chicken wrap with ff ranch. While we were waiting the server came over and talked to my toddler and engaged her in conversation. I thought that was really kind of her. The food came out quickly, which is always nice with a toddler. Food was good, nothing crazy, but pretty good. Overall, we had a very nice, inexpensive, quick lunch. My daughter was entertained and enjoyed her meal. Will definitley go back.

People have to remember this place is new. And well...the service isn't gonna be amazing due to the change of dynamic. Frankly, this place has a lot of seasoned servers from all over delco, and some lackluster people who need jobs. If anyone knows about kirkwood highway bdubz, remember: when they first opened they didn't even have customers. Let alone celery.

This place suck A**...a typical chain restaurant with rude servers and bad food. The only thing that tasted good was the beer ohh,,,yes,,, I think it was becasue we waited 15 min to get our order, not food order but beer order. Who want to hear your server coughing literaly right on top of you and then telling you that she is sick as a dog. Once we ordered our food and once we got it it was all messed up...some of us got our food not as especified about 7 minutes later the other half of the group got their meals. Two of my friend could not even eat half of their food. Over all a bad experience..If i return it would probably will be just for a drink.

Service was above average. Food was below average. Wings were pretty bad. Like em like my women. Some meat in the right spots. They were dry skinny with no meat. Not much better than hospital food

Was there today for lunch and college football. Waitress was horrible so don't get Mel as a server. Talked to manager not once but twice and he did not care one bit. This place wasn't even crowded it came down to poor training and a total failure to pay attention to customer needs. With all the competition you would think a new sports bar would go above to make sure customers were happy. I actually had to get my own beer from waitress station and then ask for someone to cash me out since Mel always disappeared. What a total disappointment. We lives up the street better service and a better time.

I don't know where to begin. I guess I'll start with the poor service. I called up to place an order for chicken wings, and I was immediately placed on hold for 2 minutes. when I finally got the chance to place my order, I was greeted by an unfriendly, unapologetic service rep. A simple, " I apologize for the wait thanks for holding" would have gone a long way. when I arrived to pick up the wings, I was ignored while the service rep spent 2 minutes emptying change into the cash register. at least she apologized for the wait (this time). I must add, there was another worker just standing next to her doing nothing the entire time I was waiting. redeeming qualities of this place are the wings are high quality and large in size. the restaurant is extremely loud, but seems like a fun place to watch a sporting event. the wings were a bit on the dry side, coated with very little sauce. the food was okay, but not for the price. Add on top of that, the poor service and I can confidently say I will not be going back. There are too many good places to eat in West Chester to waste my time and money on this place. If you choose to decide for yourself and go, ask for extra sauce on your wings! I felt it only fair to update this review, initially I rated this place as a 2 star with complaints about about the service. She had a much better experience. Raving about the attentive, friendly service. Plus, her wings were plenty "saucy". Based on her experience alone I would rate it 4/5, but taken my experience into consideration, I can't justify higher than a 3-star (a-ok). I will say that I'm willing to give it another go and if things go as great for me as they did for my wife, I'll update the rating to a 4/5.

Decent place for wings. I would not come here on a sports-heavy day/night. Coming here on a Tuesday night was a bonus because of their Tuesday night wing special -- 60 cent wings. I got 10 wings. Five of them Jammin' Jalapeno and the other five Garlic Parm. My dining partners got the mild, sweet bbq and honey bqq, as well as a garlic parm. I tasted the mild and it was nice, but I'd like to try the next notch up at a later date! The wings were meaty and the sauce was just enough; not too much, not too little. I had always heard that they make a good Bloody Mary so I knew that's what I was going to treat myself to and boy am I glad that I did. Whatever their version is, I'm loving it. They used a special seasoning blend around the rim of the glass and in the drink itself. Too much ice, though. BUT... when I was down to just ice, the ice had a nice leftover taste to it thanks to the drink! All in all it was a nice dining experience. Good to know that they do serve milk (2 kids were also in our party of 5) and have kid friendly menu items. They even had a cool ipad knock off for the kids to play with, so that was cool. It was a little chilly in there, but for me, that's okay, as I'd rather be a little chilly than overheated in a restaurant. TONS of tvs. Like woah. So that's why I say that I know not to go there during any big sporting events. I think this is a decent place for wings, if that's your thing. I'd really like to try each and every one of those flavors, though! They sound really good. Next time I'll try the dry ones. Hopefully I'll have another nice experience there. It's nice to go to a place for wings without having to stare at bewbs! NOT that I don't mind Hooters... lol Sometimes you just can't help but to stare at cleavage and you know what Jerry and George say about staring at cleavage.

I have been there two times this week and can honestly say the food and service is great. They have great specials (ie: 22oz Miller Lite $3.50 ) I highly recomend going there and enjoying a good meal. Also good with kids.

Their wings are good, no complaints. The beer selection is pretty good. The rest of the food is less than meh, the service is not that good either. Management needs to learn how to apply their judgement a bit better when serving their customers. At this point its a bit too policy focused. As one example, they required my father to present ID for beer he is in his fifties. I would go back here but only for their wings, and I certainly will not go too far out of my way either.

This Buffalo Wild Wings just opened across from Briton Lake on Route 1. It was okay. The food was good but the restaurant wasn't spectacular. It was really loud, which could be expected for a sports bar but it didn't feel like a sports bar. There were a lot of kids. It was difficult for us to hear our server and for our server to hear us. I actually ordered whole wheat tortillas and got regular because I don't think he heard me. Seemed like they had decent happy hour specials with $3 drafts and $5 specialities. The happy hour boneless wings were 60 cents a piece which isn't bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but one waitress that brought out our food was not pleasant. Our entrees came out before our appetizer. We mentioned it to her and she kind of gave attitude asking if she wanted us to have her take the food back until we had our appetizer. Just then the appetizer came out and we said something to the other waitress. Her response was "yeah that happens all the time". Might be a totally different experience if we were there for a game or something. As my mom said, we won't be running back there.

We eat here regularly, always sit at the bar. The food is tasty, lots more options than just wings. Burgers, sandwiches and salads are all great too. If you want beer, sports, and food that usually goes along with those - you can't go wrong with this place.
